Im with you on that. I also come from the minitruckin phase and no one is doing the normal shaved handles, cadi tails, crooked license plate frenched into the gate, ladder bars( oh yea Randode's rockin those)
I got one. Remember the rear window license plate moulded plexi glass....nicccce

yea even ive heard about the caddy idea way back when xb's first came out with the box but not everyone can afford to always bring those ideas to life...things of this nature always involve time and money...and to some the car being imobilized can pose a problem especially if it is there only means of travel! also having payments will also make it more difficult for people to do these types of things...i'm supposing when more people are payed off on there boxes more conversions and ideas we havent seen will come to life... my background is from honda so ive learned if you can think it "anything" is possible...there are many reasons why alot of the conversions you think of havent been done or seen yet but everything is eventual...its only a matter of time...but also know again i said these things do take alot of time its taken me along time to do 2 conversions and a custom metal widebody so i am CERTAIN as we are talking now there are people trying to do the things we are talking about here...some may even not have internet but for sure its being done...

yeah that is one thing i have leared so far, no matter how B.A your car or truck is there is always someone with more money and time to take it that extra step, but its just fun to build your car with your own ideas and just do the best job you can, i like the lisence plate in the window but i havent seen anyone make it yet and i dout that they will, i dont think that there would be a big enough demand for them, and when i did the hatch i wanted to angle it minitruck style but the "fuzz" in my area are really strick on that sorta thing, my friends own a bodyshop and they always get people coming in so they can fix their lisence plates so the cops leave them alone, i really dont see the big deal in it, its not like you cant still read it, but when the fillers get here i dont know if i will stick with the same ideaof the led ones i have now i was thinking maybe.......mini cooper taillights, i have yet to see that done.

i use the middle man/woman theology...
theres always gonna be someone better then you and theres always gonna be someone who is worse then you...so just live with who you are with what you can do as long as you know you did your best and worked hard to get it who gives a ___ about them..

low_down_xb - your in PA huh? yea cops are really up tight there...went to college in PA for my B.A...the rock salt does numbers on cars up there ive noticed in the winter...but then again i only experienced winter for 4 yrs then came back home mwahahaha! snow looks beautiful but i could do without the chilli part and the slipping and busting your butt on ice part LOL!

cooper lights sounds like a nice idea...how about making a mini xb hummer lol! be cute actually with the conversions... but thats me going overboard.

if you don't keep the current ones let me know

what brand are the LEDs that you are using? do they make a smaller one? something that I could fit in the tail lights that I have now maybe.

i got the lights froma a truck shop there the only ones that had the clear lens that light up red, if you search around im sure you can find them to fit those, as far as the hummer idea goes, you need to stay out of my head, i had that idea too because they kinda look the same, i was going to make badges and everything just to confuse people, maybe like the H4 for H2.5 but ive been thinking about fiberglassin a front grill that looks like the hummer, so maybe now i will just have to do it, just give me some time and i ll have it done and pics, oh and yeh i hate the snow here, its caused some slight damage to the box i need to fix now

sorry! i'll try to not astroplane mind read your ideas... yea i thought of making a custom bagde merging the nissan bade with the scion badge and having it say "Nisscion" ...might be ricey i thought...who knows...

but yea i agree with you on the hummer idea i so thought that too...it so be a kool conversion b/c they both are boxy and i think the box could pull it off if done right nicely...

yea snow + car = DaMMIT! yea thats why i didnt do anything custom till i came back to miami...then again we got hurricanes to worry about here and idiot drivers but thats a given lol!
