judging by the fire stickers on the hood/mirrors, looks like your flame has been extinguished. get another box (perhaps the new one?) and continue on with life =]

daaamn thats horrible, good thing everyone is okay. my mom and I hydroplaned in my sisters hyundai into a damn suburban about 35-40mph, totalled my sisters car of course.

old people always make bad decisions on the road. okay not always but ive had bad experiences of almost hitting people because they decide to make last minute turns without looking.

^ agreed. this is why i put obnoxiously loud horns on my car. that way they stop dead in their fuc king tracks if they're doing something stupid. i've had people yell at me for honking but it's me honk or they hit me. tough decision there...

im usually fast enough to make a decision without having to honk cause then that usually distracts people, I usually dont honk. im the person that honks AFTER they f*** up and yells out the window "good job buddy!!!!" I usually dont do that to old people though hahaha.

No insurance? that's bunk. I'm glad to hear you and everyone else involved is ok. I'm still getting over the no insurance part, in Maryland, if you don't have insurance you are not supposed to be able to register the car. So in Florida how does the insurance payment thing work?

No insurance..... ........ ........

Ok, where's the part where she's buying you a new car, or you have her wages garnished, social security siphoned, disability taken... etc, an nauseum, et al, other latin crap for "synonym".
Or, do you have uninsured motorist on your policy.

She's got money, don't worry. Just sue the bejeezus out of her.

One of the F&I guys here use to live in a little town in Tenn. There was a guy there that got into a wreck about once a month. He didn't have any insurance, but he always paid up with no hassals. One day, he drove his car through the lobby of his bank, not realizing a thing, and then when he realized what happened, "Oh dear, this is gonna cost a lot this time isn't it?"

SHe bought her 06 Hyundai and had the insureance. let the premiums go in order to save money afte rregistration. I do have Uninsured in case becaue I paid all my premiums and had Full coverage due to loan on vehicle. If she had been a man there may have been a justifiable homicide in vololved. Being a 55 year old woman saved her sorry butt. She is or was a waitress at a Waffle house. Know from uniform and up on charges. Let the insurance people hack it out. Junk yard probably will not repack chutes. Salvaged rims and Window treatments with Loss on settlement for rims of course. Oh well. Waiting on Delivery of 08 Blackberry crush currently next week. Life is getting better. Insurance settlement will cover half the cost of New one. I get teh other 1/2

I'm glad to hear you and the dog were ok. Have to be careful here in NC man. They keep you guessing on the roads. I lost a tricked out old Caddy to a 50 year old on a cell phone in a Suburban. Telescopic steering seems like a great idea, but without an airbag, it hurts like heck.
