Anybody running without side skirts?
...or has had them (the ground effects pieces running along the bottom sides of the xB, below the doors) off, and has pics???
I'd like to know how finished the bodywork is under there without having to rip them off myself to find out!
Thanks -

I dont have any pics, but I took mine off after I hurt that piece, and debated leaving them off. The only thing that stopped me was that it had 6 clips with 1/4 inch round holes and two 1/4 inch square holes that would have to be filled. Other than that it doesnt look all that bad without the skirts :D If you want me to I could take it off again tomorrow if I find time and snap some pics, its really easy to remove since its broken and all >.<

Its real easy to take them off. I think 8 plastic plugs on the bottom ... and 6 white plastic pins in the side. Oh, and pop out the plugs on each and and remove the 10MM bolts.
There is actually a nice set of JDM side skirts that are more conforming to the sides of the car, and they are chrome to boot. Very nice looking. i have then in a JDM catolog and i believe i have seen them on one box here in the states. It gives a totally different look to the sides.

Damn, didnt see someone had posted a pic of this before I just took off my rocker trim >.<
Oh well, it would've taken longer to post up the pics than it took me to remove the trim anywho. Guess Ill just go stick it back on lol :D

Hmmmm... I wonder if there are strong enough points to support a set of side pipes [lakers]?
have been thinking of going with a 4 to 2 manifold and use 2 honda goldwing cats..... with heat shields of course....
