Isaw 10 min of the show. I wanted to see how bad they destroyed the xB. the one guy said they wanted to install an intake. doesn't it come with an AEM cai already? I don't think speedchannel could of found anyone else that can do a worse job then the 3 guys on there.

RS1 has a normal intake. The funny part was them replacing the strut tower bar with another strut tower bar for "bling" reasons.
All in all it wasn't to bad. Most of the "bad" could be removed easily (I wasn't found of the flames or rims).

yeah the orange powder coated CAI was a special option for RS1 buyers...
dang I would've loved to see that show, even if it was knuckleheads botching things up...
I wish they had pimp my ride around here lol.. I still have the ep with the xb somewhere on my hdd.
So what is this show called exactly "tuner transformation"?
what channel is speed? and what is your cable/sattellite provider?

Yeah, I watch that show all the time. They make some "interesting choices" with the cars. Basically if it's a Honda, it gets a motor swap. Anything else, suspension and graphics with an occasional computer mod or something. Damn near EVERYTHING gets a body kit or spoiler kit.
Actually, I didn't think they did a bad job at all with her xB. I liked the chrome vinyl and she really seemed to like the PB Bunny. The suspension looked good too and probably drove well. My only complaint was the aforementioned replacement of the strut bar, WTF? What could be more "bling" than having your strut tower bar match the rest of your car? Oh yeah, and their f'in "box in a box in a box" comments that NEVER ENDED! It's a girl, you've seen them in magazines and on TV before people! Get OVER it!
Otherwise, I liked that particular show. If Mel is on here, give a shout and let us know how you liked the changes in the long term.

^ nice subliminal sig
I'm still trying to figure out how that happened ...
the only thing I can figure is something fell on it cross wise...
but then I can't figure out how it could've hit it hard enough to damage the intake... and yet missed the headlight...
And the middle grill is gone... and the passenger side fog light... unless she took those out.
my best guess is that it collided with a street sign pole... and the impact caused it to bend and dent her hood. The impact distorted the bumper and caused the fodlights to fall out of the mounts.
either that or collision with a truck at an angle
