Man I feel sorry man, sucks. . .

not that I'm trying to kick you down, but I couldn't read a damn sentence of what you wrote tho. I would want to try to offer good advice, but my head REALLY hurts after trying to read that, and I'm NOT joking. My head feels like the picture of your accident.

A bent frame really complicates matters, but with modern day tech they might be able to put that thing on a "frame puller," but it will never be the same. Other than the frame, if the engine and and its components are in good order, it only looks like you have a few grand in damage, $3k, maybe $5k max I would GUESS. I'm almost certain that it would be considered a "totaled" car. But if the frame damage cannot be repaired, then it will be totaled. I would suggest getting multiple opinions, if the first shop you go to says that they can't fix it.

sorry bout that un readable ____ i was still fumblin my words. im still really ____ed of, but i looked at my car really close and compared it to a new one at the dealer. the frame is so messed up. i know they could put it on a puller but it would never go straight or it might pull wierd on take off and its like 60% weaker.

but heres an edit for you all

ok it started i left work. on my way to lunch I stoped at stop light heading west. Traffic going north and south had green light and was moving when i pulled up to my red light. no more then 10 secounds later. From the middle lane of the south bound traffic, the ladie wants to turn left, she did not have a green arrow, but the straight was green and a taxi going north about 45 50. it was a little gramma bday 7/29/26 81 years old, turns and cuts off 2 lanes traffic, gets side swiped in passenger front , of course im in the north end of it taxi that hits the car. then car slides 15 feet into the bumber of me. no other dammage on exterior besides b cover. but under the paint the impact susports compressed(bumper mounths) and sense i was hit not head on, but instead a sliding motion, it pulled the front of my car 5 inchs towards the passenger side. not crunching quarter panels. the two frame arms that come off lower fram extend out to the suspension, axle, tanny, and engine. are now 5 inchs out of wack. i know they can bend frames but, 5 inchs back into place? just waiting for adjuster to come out in the next couple of days. but now i really dont want to drive it after its been streched worse then a **** star let alone it was brand new. i got on jan 30 first private sale by (dealer) on entire east coast now maybe the frist totall lol. now i dont want to drive it. it will never go exactly strait again no matter what. Everything is up front and its all been misplaced. please give me input from the more experenced body shop guys what they would do heres some pic's

Default I bent my frame...

I wrecked mine really hard. compressed one front frame rail. Did not bother the suspension, engine, or get to my air bag sensors. I rear ended someone at 25, a little off to the passenger side as I swerved.

Insurance called it $4500 for bumper, grille, hood, Passenger fender, Pass door got paint as well as drivers fender. 2 months to repair!!! Could not get a radiator support (main piece you lean on when reaching into the engine) for my life. The frame rail didn't come quick either.

You can look at the positive like I did. Have the body shop give you the money for the hood and grills. Go get the scooped hood from Audioformz.com and some after market billet grills. You'll come out ahead on the deal (aftermarket peices are cheaper the the OEM toyo stuff) and pad your deductable so you aren't $500 lighter when it's all done. You might even be able to work yourself into a tuner's front clip (a nice aftermarket ground kit or something) that'll cost ya, but hey, so does that stock stuff. Body shop is gonna paint it all anyway, might as well be cooler than before.

See ya in two months.

I got pics of it torn down, but not wrecked---I can't stand to see them.

Dude ........ that really sux.

I know some real top notch autobody people that are amazing with frame straightening up here in Jersey (doesn't help you much though).

With insurance, usually damage total has to exceed 70% of the current value of your vehicle before they will total it. Also, insurance company can not dictate to you what autobody shop you must take it to for any estimates or work. I highly recommend you have the adjuster look at the car in the presence of a qualified autobody mech as they tend to miss alot of small stuff (trim, seals, sracked lense, damaged wiring harness, etc) that may not get covered in the end if not pointed out in the beginning.

Just my .03 cents ..... Good Luck

hey BrockAbabba you said frame rail do you mean thats the post that comes off the body's main chasis. i looked really hard to see if they unbolted but there def welded the drive side is about 5 inchs towards passenger side and thats what everything on the front, as far back as the door is mounted onto and i am pretty good with cars been doing it for years taking apart and when i got the car home and sat in front of it i about took a sledge hammer to it because it doesnt look bad at all but if you take like before after comparisons and square it out everything is done for cuz it all attaches to the unibody arm or front end fram. if someone knows what there called please tell me cuz im so brain dead. im like so upset cuz i had a 94 s10 and it was tricked out wheels system suspension rolled v6 with hop ups and ____ and lights eveything and now i look at this its like, where i go now cuz this is under my name my insurance my loan no cosign. so if it gets totaled i loose out 2500 bucks so i hope its not but i dont want it ghetto and streched or bent back cuz i want it new cuz i bought it new lol.

post info please all help so i know what to tell the adjust and mention to shops
thanks

HERES some pics if you couldnt view the others thanks for the frame rail pics. yup those are them but both of mine are bent. but i dont know how much itll cost to replace both frame rails and how long and also doesnt that weaken it. i would get new hood but it doesnt have a scratch nor do the quarter pannels. but i can do all the take apart replace work but cant paint bump and def cant do frame rails. so i should get a break if i could get parts. now i still wonder if theyll just total it. but ill def get a customs b cover and or maybe a carbon fiber skirt. but i def need lots of parts to put back to normal i also have a few friends who work at dealers and body shops and ____ so if the finance group gets involved i can have then write up a reciept saying they did it. and maybe warrenty reasons but. i kinda just want them to total it. much easier and wont be out of a car for 2 mounths or more. get me more info please.
thanks

what do you want help with? take it to a body shop and let them fix it and get on with your life. for the uninformed, an insurance company will not total a car if they can get it fixed for even the slightest bit of cost difference.

Take it to a shop (assuming you are insured). It'll be 95% of what it was before, but most drivers will never even know the difference.
