Cheap ebay header installed with photos and tips
I bought the cheap header off of ebay for $25 with ceramic coating and here's what I got.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-04...spagenameZWDVW
The holes look smaller on the header due to the soot on the stock one.
It fit great, added hp, especially going uphill and anywhere above 2200rpm and didn't lose any bottom end. It says it's 1.5 inches which is part of why I bought it-too much diamter and it loses torque.
The ceramic coating actually works well and the fit and gaskets were all great. Since it wasn't threaded I had to use new bolts-these work great (about $15 for the pair)

The insides of the collector took 10 minutes with a round file to clean up-it was all just flashing.
Yeah, $25+$30 ship+$15 for bolts so total $70 but it was still easily worth it.
Took me 1hr15min total from driving in the driveway until it was done-I cooled off the exaust with some room temp water though.
Sounds exactly the same but already had CAI sound and exhaust. Lots more peak power and where it used to climb in power quickly it climbs faster now. No loss of low end and climbs hills better definitely.

...Now I'm interested...
Can someone inform me about the O2 sensor. The e-bay ad for this product says "O2 sensor position". What does that mean? It is my understanding that the O2 sensor is not on the header, it is on the pipe behind the header but before the CAT. If I put this header in, will I need to address the O2 sensor at all?
Do I understand correctlly that this header will fit exactly and the exhaust system will remain in the same position, not pushed back one inch? The photos look as if the header is slightly longer than the stock one.
And, is there any danger to worry about when removing the spring loaded bolts?
Will I need air tools? What about the dounuts, the crush gasket/fittings, are they re-usable or included?

Came with the gaskets, same exact placement. Header just sits different in photos-fits just the same.
o2 sensor not affected as they are both in the main exhaust-just be careful of wires when undoing bolts-don't need and airguns-just wd40 before you do it-like the day before.
Make sure to use spring bolts-otherwise problems can occur with cracked flanges, etc.
