J. Pauley Scion is proud to announce the 2005 Poker Run to be held on Saturday June 18, 2005.
This fun filled day will include a “Spit Shine Contest” and “Poker Run” through the beautiful countryside of the Arkansas River Valley. We encourage you to shine up your xA, xB, or tC and meet us at J. Pauley Scion, Located at I-540 and Zero Street (Exit 11) in historic Fort Smith, AR.
You MUST RSVP for this event by no later than Saturday June 11th, at 6:00PM. There will be a free lunch part way through the day, a free Scion Goodie bag and Great Prizes!!
RULES AND REGULATIONS
-Spit Shine Contest
The Spit Shine Contest will consist of two parts, the “Best Bling-Bling” and the “Most Mods” Categories.

- Best Bling Bling Category
Awarded to the Scion that sticks out the most above the crowd and has the most eye appeal.

1ST Prize - $100 Gift Card for Scion Accessories to be redeemed at J. Pauley Scion Parts Department. Plus a Free Oil and Filter Change.

2nd Prize – “Create Your Own World” Scion t-Shirt

3rd Prize – Scion Black and Silver Pen Set

- Most Mods Category
Awarded to the Scion that has the most modifications from the original factory look.

1ST Prize - $100 Gift Card for Scion Accessories to be redeemed at J. Pauley Scion Parts Department. Plus a Free Oil and Filter Change.

2nd Prize – “Create Your Own World” Scion t-Shirt

3rd Prize – Scion Black and Silver Pen Set
-Poker Run
The Poker Run will begin at J. Pauley Scion at the conclusion of the Spit Shine Contest. Each Registered Scion will be given instructions to Five Pit stops throughout the Arkansas River Valley. At Each Stop the Driver will receive a card drawn randomly from a deck. The Final Stop will be back here at J Pauley, where you will receive your fifth and final card making a five card poker hand. The Driver with the best hand wins!!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
8:00AM Meet at J. Pauley Scion and Begin Prep work (cleaning, waxing and set up) for Spit Shine Contest.
9:00AM Cars must be in place and ready to be judged. Judging Begins.
9:45AM Judging Completed, begin prep for Poker Run. Receive map to Fist Pit Stop
10:00AM Leave J. Pauley Scion and head to first Pit Stop.
11:00AM Arrive At Pit Stop #1, Receive First Card and Instructions to Pit Stop #2
12:00 N Arrive at Pit Stop #2, Receive Second Card and Instructions to Pit stop #3
1:00 PM Arrive at Pit Stop #3, Receive Third Card and Instructions to Pit stop #4 Have Lunch (Provided by J. Pauley Scion)
3:00 PM Arrive at Pit Stop #4, Receive Fourth Card and Head back to J. Pauley Scion Which is Pit stop #5
4:00 PM Arrive Back At J. Pauley Scion and Receive Fifth Card.
5:00 PM Awards Ceremony
- Be Sure to Fill out the registration form and get it back to J. Pauley Scion no latter than Saturday June 4, 6PM.
- Be sure to have you car cleaned up and ready to be judged at our Spit Shine contest.
- Be sure to bring your camera. There will be many breath taking views.
- Be sure to have a full tank of gas.
- Be ready to have fun!!
