the dealership scratched my car...twice!
so heres the story,
i took my car to the dealership acouple days after i got it so that they would put the deck in for me. i had just lowered it about 2 1/2" and painted the body kit black, so i knew my car was scuff free.
when i went that same day to pick it up i didnt notice at first, but there was a big chip off my front bumper with deep scratches all around it. when i brought it to there attention they put the blame on me right away. so there was no way it was going to be fixed. (he tried saying that my pants did it while i walked by it idiot!)
so if course i was ticked off...but i bought there useless paint pen to try and cover it up. it made it worse!
2 days after that, i took it back again so that i could get the alarm put in. this time me and my boyfriend went around the car and made sure there was nothing wrong with it.
and......
of course when i went to pick it up, i got this feeling in my stomach to check under the front lip of my body kit.. and, of course when i slid my hand under there it felt like a piece of sand paper. they had somehow (in there parking lot) drove the front end of my car into the ground and then dragged it for awhile. it was so bad that they had even filed down the screws that were keeping on the kit. how the hell do you do that in a parking lot!!!
this time i yelled at them for so long that they not only admitted fault, but to get a good review- they repainted the front bumper of my car for free.
if you cant trust the dealership-who can you trust?
scion owners beware: check all areas of your car befor you drop it off ANYWHERE.
i had to learn the hard way.

well always take a look around with the service writer next time. this way your covering your ___. but then again you yourself should look over the car often. the front lip (factory or not) will get beat up. i know mine is, and its factory ride height (for now)
good kudos on the deal taking responsibility.
Good luck for next time
