Debadge... Especially that dealer sticker. Makes it easier to wash/wax, looks cleaner, and everyone knows what kind of car it is anyway.
Also, my badges were stolen using a screwdriver, which left nasty scratches on my hatch and cost me some hard earned money to repair. If only I debadged sooner!

i say just get rid of the dealer decal. i like cars to have bodylines.
you have to debadge, then you have to take off the rear wiper, which means that you have to take it off, fill it, and find something to do with that now useless wiper switch, then since you debaded the back, debadge the front, then the steering wheel and so on, it never ends.

i did the goo gone/hairdryer/floss tenique. it DID leave the sticky stuff on the car (dang) but a little elbow grease got them off! i just wish i could figure out how to get the "shadow" left by them... i thnk a good wax 'll fix it but i was hoping for someone to tell me HOW to wax... not sure how...

FYI chances are that the shadows you speak of is just condensation in the clear coat. Give it some time in the sun and it will bake the water out and clear up.
I had my badges off minutes after i bought the box. i decided to go a different route.
