The DogBox. pictures 5-4-08
Today was a very nice day up here in the great northwest. So after a late morning motorcycle adventure, my wife had to go to work. I decided to round up the dogs and go for a drive in the box. My daughter LOVES when the dogs ride with us in the backseat with her. We went from our house through downtown Olympia and then down by the water so the dogs could run around. Turned out the tide was in so they couldnt get down by the water like usual :-( oh well we all still had a great time enjoying the weather and driving around in the box.
The dogs are a lab/dane mix and a chihuahua.
here are the pictures...
days like this are few and far between around here. have to enjoy every minute of the sunshine!
hope you enjoy the pictures all you dog owners :-)

thank you for the kind words everyone. i guess the dogs really do kind of go with the theme of the box lol.
the photos were taken with a Nikon D40x and it's little kit lens at iso100. that little 18-55 lens that came with really performs fairly well. i was impressed.
thanks again everyone :-)

I've been looking at getting a cheap daily driver to save my tC from the perils of dog hair, and because it'd be easier than trying to load them all in a coupe. Do you think your xB is big enough to fit a Shetland Sheepdog mix, a Lab/Beagle mix, and a St. Bernard mix? I work for the Humane Society of Missouri and foster for a rescue, so I've got a motley crew of animals that I lug around a lot.
I don't know if anyone's done this before, but one of the pictures from your excellent photoshoot was perfect for a promotional picture idea I've been kicking around in my head.
