Has anyone else notice that their Scion Xb attracts birds? At first I thought I just had a crazy bird that live near my house. The bird would sit on the top of my roof and peck at the car while parked in the front of my house. Then I started noticing birds doing the same thing while my car was parked in my companies parking lot. Of course in every incident they relieve their selves leaving a mess for me to wash. Could it be that the birds are attracted to the specs that are in the paint?

I had 2 small birds smash into my the side of my car when I was driving down the highway a couple months ago. They were flying about 2 feet off the ground perpendicular to the rooad. I guess they thought they could beat me but they smashed into the passenger side back door instead. I saw them fall to the ground in the rearview mirror and get run over by the car behind me. No damage to my door though... Poor birds

Specs? Maybe its the wash or wax you use, or maybe your XB so sexy the birds just cannot help themselves.

Um, RIP birds....

Someone at work suggested that I get a bobble head raven or owl to sit on my car to scare away the birds when it is parked.

Particularly with dark cars, some birds will peck at them because they see their reflection in the paint and think it's another bird.

My 2 cats do that. When they see their refection on the windows in the house, the start scratching and clawing at them.

The birds in your neighborhood either got good aim (if they were trying to get your handle) or not taken in account for windage if they are aim for your roof

Default Birds like box

Funny subject I just watched a humming bird yesterday buzz all around the BSP.
I think he was puttin the moves on his reflection He was all around it for a long time. No peckin action. Good thing, that paint doesn't need any help commin off

Now the bugs love the SY box. I think they want to pollinate it

I've never noticed birds near my box or on it or flying past it - until, i read this post. Since then I have almost hit three birds in the past two days. Power of suggestion or spring bird fever?

I have the same problem. I am fearing the comment "Look, even bird-brains think it's crappy" or something.

Don't know about birds, but I know the yellow RS 2.0's will attract a lot of bees. My wifes Jeep sure does so beware!
