HLJ.com is now offering pre-orders of the Transformer Toyota bB. HLJ is an online store in Japan. I have bought from this site for years. They are very good. They offer two kinds at 5% off (early bird special). These are the Takara versions, not Hasbro.

jazz is already the white rx-8: hasbro/takara lost the rights to use the name "jazz" so he's called "meister" which was his japanese name.

i've got a good collection of the alternators series going, and i'm all over this xB like a sauce. i'm hoping they make a remold of this guy (who looks like he's going to be skids http://binalternators.de/skids_english.html) into soundwave - it totally fits both the boxy nature of the vehicle, and the fact that you can pimp it out to be a soundsystem on wheels. although i had originally hoped they would make the back window his chest. looks just like the old tape-deck chest he had. (not to mention the chest of ironhide...)

i would love to see a tC alternator, but it's doubtful because the alternators are plastic version of the die-cast takara made binaltech series, and the tC is an american-only model.

my mom was head of development for hasbro for 20 years....im going by the factory in pawtuket RI and picking up a few of them tomorrow (friday te 15th) Getting 2 black ones and a blue prototype one, i'll post some pics this weekend...and ..MAX2K, im gonna try to get you one too...fig it would go nicely with your fur and umbrella in your car lol..ill get a hold of you this weekend

FWIW, a guy here at work that runs one of the largest Transformers boards in the world told me that from prototype to production, is usually 4 months. So, he suspects that the Scion Transformers will be out for public sale close to Christmas.
