That sucks. I stay far away from any car or truck I can tell is a rental because I assume the people driving aren't used to the vehicle. Not that you could have seen this one coming. I've seen various moving trucks hit curbs, cars, signs, trees, telephone poles, and a bridge...

Saw a bad one at the lake. A girl was going to park the PWC trailer since the BF was already on the lake riding. Went down the lane going the wrong way and decided to "just" back up and go down the correct lane.
You can guess what happened next...major jackknife and smashed rear quarter. She got out all freaked out. I told her to just continue on the wrong way and park. Bet the BF was mad! Its his fault IMO, because he should have done the parking, not go out riding first.
BlackYaris, sorry to see the damage. Hope it works out for ya. Great camera and closeups, however.

wow, yeah, this is why i preach that in general, give any rental trucks plenty of room when possible on the road because often the people driving them have no idea how to handle them and underestimate their blindspots and turn radius
