Default Which intake?

Which cold air intake is the best for the xB. I currently own a 2005 xB w/ a trd exhaust and i am unsure as to which intake is best for the xB. I am not sure if I wanted to get the AEM intake since I heard that it rubs against the fog lights and the intake gets damaged. I heard that the injen intakes are pretty good too. Which intake is the best out there. (I need that little boost of horse power).

I have such bad blood with Injen, I would rather drill holes in my stock air box than buy anything from them.

Please perform a search, there were three duplicate threads in just the last couple of days...

How can you have bad blood with Injen. The AEM does not even come close in HP. Fill us in with your problem.

I was either considering a K &N typhoon or the injen intake. I have read alot of good sides to them but i have not really read some bad sides. Besides stuff on gas mielage are there any particular BADBADBADBADBAD sides.

to be honest, you prolly wont even feel a difference after installing the intake! the only thing i noticed was the "breathing" hissing sound that the engine makes (which is pretty cool) but you arent going to get a hp boost. i kno guys that got exhaust, intake, and headers and only saw a drop in gas milage...after i put on my AEM cold air intake, i was rather dissappointed in the performance...but hey do what you gotta do

i dont think an intake will give you that boost power you are looking for. from my experience however it does give you better throttle response and doesnt struggle as much when you press the gas, but other then that you wont really notice anything.
