Default JDM/KMH cluster?

Floating around the net, ive seen random pics for a cluster displayed in km/h. Im assuming this is JDM. Does anyone know where I might be able to get one?

You can switch the speedo over. In fact it is easy to make one yourself, but then your odo will still be in miles. This is the only reason I didn't switch.

It's just a piece of paper, you could make it yourself fairly easily.

Go screw yourself. It's a piece of plastic. There's no reason to drop hundreds of dollars on something you could make yourself.

But by all means, go spend a bunch of money on the whole gauge cluster from japan. It's something like $200 from the dealer here, if you can get them to sell it to you, not to mention the compatibility issues and the fact that YOU ALREADY HAVE KILOMETERS/HOUR ON YOUR FACTORY SPEEDOMETER.

Dude, seriously, you dont 'make' gauge clusters....im sorry, but that IS ___.

Go on ANY car board and ask what their opinion is of 'taking a piece of paper and drawing your own gauge cluster' and theyll tell you the same thing.

Jesus, this is a funny ___ idea...im gonna go post it up on some other boards so all can have a good laugh!

Cheap ___.

True, I do, on the inside. Sure would be nice to have them on the outside. And i realize that JDM is expensive. My last car was chopped full of it. I am no noobie to that. COmpatability issues? Likely isnt any. I could get it from a dealer, thank you Captain Obvious! But, many time, there is online places that specialize in car specific parts and accessories (eg, www.corksport.com is exclusive to mazda parts).

Now where did I put my Sharpie marker......

Im sorry man, your right. Its not that bad of an idea. Ive posted this thread on a couple of car forums and people have priased your ideas actually. The only thing they say that I should do different is to use cardboard as it will be more durable than paper and to make sure I fully utilize my entire box of JDM crayons.

PWN3D!

K Dawg, I find it amusing how you ask a question and someone offers a much more logical/feasible response and you tear them apart. FWIW, what do you think the indiglo gauges are? It's a damn electro-luminescent overlay. People make guage face OVERLAYS in their home all the time. If you want to cough up the cash for a JDM cluster, that's great! Seems kind of ignorant to me...but hey, to each his own. Good luck regardless.....

^^^OMG! That is so hype! Is that for real (or is it a chop?) Looks really good! Where did you get it and how much?

Or, as we say in Canada, 'JDM Tyte Yo'...lol

Are you kidding me? I dont have the means to produce an OEM quality gauge face....geesh. Even if I did, what you expect me to do? Print one from a lser printer. Wow.
I cant get over the fact that you back it up by saying 'logical/feasable'...thats funny.

Even still, it didnt answer my question of where to get the JDM cluster. Instead, im told to make my own from binder paper and crayola crayon #14.
