Right Scion in Scottsdale didn't know about them either. It's $129 from them so online sounds like the way to go.

Anyone have one yet??

Anyone else notice that for a " 5 minute install " the dealership is getting upwards of $30 extra? Man, im in the wrong business.

I have got HOLLYWOOD SCION telling me that it can be in WEDNESDAY the 30th of March.

However.

KING TOYOTA tells me that it can't be in for a few days, at most, since it has to come from CALI.

Which is right? I guess I will find out on WEDNSEDAY. Oh, and neither one quoted that low price in the advert. My parts install guy at King, tells me it is indeed a five minute install, and that it's one screw, in, done.

So why the huge charge, I got to wonder...

For $129, Zeta Storage Armrest is looking like the better buy.

I think Zeta's latest looks better too...

thats total crap that everyone is getting the 129 qoute

that memo that was posted on the first page ... was a memo sent out to the scion parts depts correct ?

if it has the prices listed at 99 and 125 installed

why aren't the computers reflecting this ?

why would they issue the memo with the 99 price and then give u a 129 price when they look up the part number

They got the prices reversed on the PANT bulletin. Dealer Installed Option is always higher than Port (PPO) option. MSRP is $125.00

Okay, mine came in today, just a few minutes ago. Here's most of your questions answered:

Fabric: it appears to be the exact same black fabric used on the seats. The rest is gray plastic same as your center console.

Mounting: Remove screw holding down center console in back, insert crazy U shaped wire in seat tracks, screw console back down, install lower part of armrest in rear cup holder, slide crazy U shaped wire over lower part of armrest, put top of armrest over lower part and screw together, enjoy!

Pricing: From what Toyota charged us it looks like the MSRP is the $129 price. I'm contacting the region HQ to see what's up with this and will get back to you later.

Hope that helps everyone.

I'll take some pics after lunch when I go home to get the camera.

Sounds good ......

Yeah, all of the black fabric is the same for all the Scions. The armrest has none of the color flecks in it.

I just ordered one from Conicelli Scion and they said it says grey as the color. is that because the plastic is grey? Or is there a seperate part number for the black one. Through the magic of the internet, I had much more information than the parts guy there. Always a joy.
