Could someone please fix the spelling of "release" in the title of this thread. It's really starting to bug me.

Just curious as to how this would look in an RS 2.0. Anyone with any knowledge of the color match?

Color matches the black perfectly, it's the same fabric. It should wear well too since it's the same material that is on the seats. Not similar material, it's the same stuff off the same bolt of fabric.

It will intrude a little bit into the rear seat area, but it isn't much. Anyone that's able to squeeze into the "hump seat" anyway won't be very inconvenienced.

As far as pricing, yes, the dealer determines the price for EVERY part they sell on EVERYTHING. The MSRP in the bulletin is $99, but the pricing tape has it at $129 (there is discrepancy in the dealer cost too between the two). Currently, the higher price jives with what they're charging the dealerships, but I am waiting on info from my region to see which is the REAL price. At the moment, expect to pay the higher price from most dealers.

Thanks for the compliments again guys, I'm just an owner who happens to be the parts guy too. Just spreading info I would find helpful myself.

its not being held by the rear cup holder, it INCLUDES a rear cup holder.
So how is does it mount?
my mom would try to use rice to make it stick...

The Zeta armrest, currently, just leaves access to the rear cup holder.

The advantage I see for the Zeta unit is that it is likely more sturdy because it's metal brackets bolt to the seats, it has storage, and it leaves access to the existing cup holder and surrounding area. Lastly, I like the hard case over fabric for cleanability. If I get dirty it's going to be my arms from working on things. The seats are not a concern as my ___ stays clean. Ha! Although I have not physically seen the new Scion arm rest, I have to believe it will be a little more wobbly and less stable due to how it mounts. The price is more attractive though, about 60 bucks less than the Zeta. I need the additional storage, that's why I'm going with the Zeta. Maybe the cost of the Zeta will come down now that there is another unit on the market. I'll leave feedback once I install and use the Zeta unit. Those who buy the new Scion unit, please leave feedback. Thanks.

I am told, as of late WEDNESDAY, that all of these arm rests are on Serious back order. Not to expect them for about two weeks.

So, I hope for a miricle, that it can get here sooner then later.

Latest pricing update:

According to my guys at the KC region office, the current pricing tapes that the dealerships have on these parts are WRONG! If I were you, I would wait a week (when the new tapes should be put through) and then check the pricing again. The list price from Scion should be the $99 price. Of course, all dealerships set their own pricing so they may choose to just sell them for the $129 price even after the tapes change. I'll let everyone know when we get ours updated in the system.

Did that make sense? Hope so!

I take it you have a car now, or just the armrest? Profile indicates "future owner".
