Default Million mile xB's-or Who has the Highest here?

Somebody with a tC was telling me that there was a dealer in Cali (or people that Scion/Toyota was sponsoring) that were given xB's to try to get them to the Million Mile mark for promotional exposure for Scions.

At first I thought it was a rumor but then I saw it on a forum somewhere about Million Mile cars and dit was said that Scion was doing such a thing.

Does anybody know anything about this?

Also- Who has the Highest miles on their xB? And what have you seen long term as far as wearing out?

My '04 has ~93,500 on it, though I'm only responsible for the last ~2000 or so.

For an xB to have a million miles you would have to drive 250,000 miles in a year. That means you need to drive 685 miles every day.
My 05 only has 70,000 on it.

That's what I said as well but this guy said that the Scion sponshorship was giving these to delivery people, regional sales reps and just some people who had the time to travel or drive a great deal...

So at 70,000 miles-anything that seems to be a weak link in these boxes?

With some 05 there was a small problem with the can censor, but that was fixed free and so far nothing else wrong.

toyotas will last forever just as long as you take care of them like changing your oil every 3-5000 miles and all that. my old 90 toyota pickup had almost 400,000 miles on it before i sold and i still see it driving around every so often. my 04 xB has a little over 76,000 miles on it. i've driven every single one of them without any kinds of problems.

I would dare to venture that 160K would be about the highest to date but would love to know for sure. I plan on getting 300K plus outta mine but it may take 20 years to do it.
