More fun to drive, tC or xB?
#22
i test drove an manual tC and a xB... my brother already had an xB so I wasn't expecting much from it, but I had so much more fun driving the xB more than the tC.. same test route, and I drove the tC first.. ... the tC just seems like a sportier car, but I'm not really into racing anymore ..

I have not driven the tc but i'm a little tall and prefer taller cars. I've had all trucks recently - a durango, an avalanche, and what i still have now - a hummer. I bought my xB for around-town driving and i can not be happier with the way it handles. I'm used to trucks feeling like they're about to tip over on turns. The xB shocked me. I am so surprised at how boxy it is (which led me to believe it would be a truck-like handler) yet it handles so well.
The other thing that the xB made me realize - I am never buying a "larger" car again - until i have kids maybe. i normally drive slow in my trucks since they take more of the lane, handle awfully on turns, etc, but the xB took that away from me and good f'in riddens to it! i drive more confidently and dont feel like im crossing lanes when im taking a turn at a high speed - which in a truck means over 30 mph. lol.
the tc was too low for me. the xb was exactly what i wanted and 10k miles later, it hasnt let me down a bit.
