Default Need Some Headliner Help

As most everyone on here knows, the xB, with stock springs, is kinda high. Then again, I'm about 5'6", so it's kinda high for me when I have to wash and dry it. I need to open the doors and grab onto the inside handle for leverage when washing & drying the top of the box. I just noticed that the headliner is very dirty from me grabbing onto it with my dirty hands.

What can I use to clean off the headliner of my dirty hand marks? It looks REALLY bad, I need help...

The foam stuff in a can (I have only used Prestone at this point and it works well) is good, but I'd be real careful about rubbing it in with the included brush on the can. The headliner is somewhat fuzzy and I'd be worried about de-fuzzying it/overworking it. I'd spray the stuff on and work it on/off with a clean rag.
