Ok--Tell me how many miles you get from a tank of gas!
Im wondering what everyone gets from a tank of gas. I read some posts but none that are just about this.. So here goes color Post if your a auto or manual then on average how many miles you get until the light comes on. O and any mods.
For me I have been getting about 250 or so until the light comes on and I don't think thats good. I figure the light comes on at around 10 gallons used or so. So a rough estimate for 250 for a tank would be 25 mpg. that was with ALLOT of highway driving also... and I got a intake...

i have a stick, with intake , and exhaust, and 18 inch rims, and at first, i got around 26 mpg, but after the engine was broken in, I reset the computer...(at the advice of some others in this forum) and it worked!...now i get around 30 mpg even in the city.

I have a manual
if i do a lot of freeway driving the light goes on between 250-265
if i'm in town and driving with a lead foot - as little as 210
lots of freeway drving = 28mpg
lots of city = 22mpg
that was stock, now with the SPFR intake i'm getting 2-3mpg more than before

I have an Automatic...i have over 10,000 miles on my bluebaby...alot of daily freeway driving to work....
i have been keeping track of my mileage..i've been getting about 300 miles to a full tank...sometimes even more...and sometimes less..
my calculation seem to indicate an average of 26 miles per gallon using both highway and local street...
i'm not complaining...although the manufacturer states a generous 30mpg to 32 mpg...i doubt that. .unless we're driving like an old grandma going 40mph without pushing our accelerator...
i drive hard...so i'm not complaining...

5-speed, stone stock, 28MPG, mostly around town. Yellow light comes on at about 250-260, and I usually fill up around 290-300, That needle drops real fast when it gets to the "E" mark!
The yellow light is pretty conservative. There is probably 2-2.5 gallons left when it lights.
