Default Painters tape and rain

This question is for those of you that also use painters tape for long trips. . . .

What happens if it rains? Does the tape hold?

heh, here's my car :-P



but yeah, long trips to shows. all the bugs are on the tape, so once you get there, rip the tape off, and wipe off the tape residue w/ a quick detailer and a towel and your golden.

Awsome il have to get a bunch of that. I wish I would have thought of that on the way out to South Dakota last summer.

ugh, i got pulled over the one time i wrapped my car in painters tape i was doin 92 in a 65 or maybe it was 55 idr, but i slowed down as soon as i saw the cop and "blended" into traffic well.. tried too untill i realized i was driving a grey car with a blue front end yea he got me

that kami kitted tC up there got pulled for 96 in a 55 construction zone on that trip.

he was driving on a suspended liscense :-/

I'll do the cheaper method, painters tape aint cheap, I can get a few hundred yards of bubble wrap pretty cheap I bet

someone should wrap a whole care, and then clear coat over the top of it that blue looks pretty wicked. hahahahahahhahaha
