A-pillar and door rattles

A-pillar and door rattles
My '06 has had a driver side A pillar rattle and a front passenger rattle/squeak since new. It only does it on rougher asphalt (my home street) but it does it often enough to be aggravating. If I push hard on the lower portion of the A pillar it will stop, only to start again in a few seconds. Now the weird part: the door noise is more pronounced when turning to the right. (body flex?) I still have quite a bit of warranty left but my dealer service department cannot replicate it, even with me in the car.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
Thanks.

I can't help you with the door problem but I think your A-pillar rattle is actually coming from the dash speaker grills vibrating against the A-pillar itself.
I had the same problem and I figured it out at work since I have to find rattles in customer vehicles all of the time. We have this very thin felt tape that I aplied to the edge of the grill that touches the A-pillar and voila!, rattle gone!!!
Hope this is your issue also...good luck!

Had that same issue - dealership added some padding between the metal and the inside body panel on the pillar and passenger door, all is well.
I took it a step further and sound deadened the entire interior (floor, doors, hatch) so I could get it somewhere tolerable.
