Well, I pulled the trigger and bought the '05 PW xB. It has been a lot of fun to drive it the past couple of days. Now I need to start investigating getting some rims and a new sound system.

Congratulations bro! If everything is in order, I'd just check for rust under the door moldings and fix it now if it's there. There's a thread on it somewhere in the exterior forum. Mine had it with less than 300 miles on the odometer. Aside from that very small issue, I think you made a great choice. I would have got PW as well if I had a garage, or if I didn't have 17 carolina pines in sap range of my driveway.

Thanks for the welcome. I am really enjoying driving my box. At 6'-7" tall it is nice to have a car that I fit comfortably in and don't have to "fall" into the drivers seat. I am still going through my first tank of gas so I don't know what mileage I will be getting yet but I am optimistic that it will be in the 30+ range.

I have been looking into getting some 17" rims. I like the Kazera KZ-S rims from Tirerack and Discount Tire has some Enkei J10 rims that I like as well. I really like these as well. https://www.scionlife.com/gallery/?photo=32874 Does anybody know if there is a manufacturer that makes something similar in a 17" size?

I have a good line on getting an upgrade on the stereo system. I also want to get an armrest and the cubby insert pads.

Thanks again for the welcome.

They are Alt Kappa's. I saw that Speedy Wheels has some that are similare that come in a 17" size and there is some by Ikon that look nice as well.
