Because if it's a Scion and it isn't turbo, nitrous powered, or supercharged. Then it has no business on the track . I hope they were bracket racing.

Did you smack those guys' heads together that were talking in the beginning?

"It's an Element"

"No, its a Sky-on"

"No its a SKEE-on"

That's deserving of a Three Stooges triple slap. I can understand the lady at my dentist office calling it an Element, she's a chick. Those bozo's are at the drag races...

Makes me want to take mine out and run it...

Only if you have unrealistic expectations that you're going to win it allor that you've GOT to. Where's the harm in taking it out and putting it to the test? He was racing the clock, not the guy in the other lane. The other guy could've missed a shift or something. If we just compared everything on paper to come to our conclusions, we'd be wrong quite often. I mean, they have all the B-Ball teams ranked before March Madness, why bother playing the games?

Doc Thanks for the pics....it was a blast, plus we had so many people that had never seen the car before.....as far as speed .....let's just say we didn't "blow any doors off" ....but hey it was fun.....isn't that what it's all about.......as far as mods on the cars the xb ( driven by Allen) has AEM cold air, TRD spring and exhast, the xa( driven by me) just has TRD springs and TRd 18in rims.....BTW we can't wait to do it again thanks for all those that showed up and showed the intrest in our scion's

You obviously missed my point. Running a 17,18,or worse yet a 20 second car at the track is like running the track in your mothers Caravan. Which BTW runs high 16's in the quater mile :D At least mine does . I ran my Caravan at the track the day my Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX blew a head gasket. That sucked but at least I got to run something, but it was embarassing     .
