Default Smog is approaching and I have a corroded MAF screw...Ideas?

So I have an aftermarket 2006 Intake which does not pass CARB. I am getting smogged soon and I need some help. During my battery replacement a couple of months ago, I accidentally spilled some battery acid onto the MAF sensor and it eventually corroded one of the bolts that attaches the MAF to the intake.

When I need to replace my intake for smog, I will have to remove the MAF so does anyone have ideas about how to remove a corroded screw? I can not get any type of driver into the screw it is that corroded.

Try PB Blaster and vise grips or cut a slot with a hacksaw or drill or cut the screw head off and use vise grips to remove the rest of the screw after MAS removal. If there's enough screw head left an e-z out might also work. You can get a new screw at any hardware store.

get some baking soda and add it to a cup of water. Put some on it and it will get rid of the acid. I am an electrician and this is the way we do it!
