You only go around once and who the hell wants to be like everyone else? I save ridiculous money driving the box and it hauls ___ and everything I can jam in it. There's too much hate in the world as it is that people should not be picking on one of the most well-designed vehicles ever concieved. It's on the top ten "most collectible" car list for a reason. I'm driving it until the engine expires...and then I'm getting a new engine!!

I have found most haters are driving a POS that is made up of 90% rust and 10% misc. crap. They are mad that you can afford a new or newer car and they are stuck with thier rusty 82 s10 blazer. I say go ahead and hate, I have a new car.

I never did figure out the "Haters"...it took just one sit inside at a car show....I bought one a week later. I took a lot of flack from Co-workers and my Dad (He retired from Ford.). But after a while they all thought it was pretty cool. I even converted my brother-In-Law!! He is a die hard GM everything! He drove up in a RS 4.0 a week ago...said it was the color that sold him, and the "Cool" factor (like He had to tell me)....it hasn't seen much time in the driveway yet..lol

I caught a lot of flak from the guys about buying an xB, especially after putting a small Decepticon logo in the small side window - people went so far as to calling me the Pretendacon for a while, but I wouldn't expect anything smart from my co-worker's mouths (I am in the military, after all). My mother also despised the looks, but now she's fixing to purchase one after I let her drive it. Oh, and whenever the troops want to load up and go to lunch, guess who's driving?

Bottom line is, people dislike what they don't understand. Most people warm up to our cars once they give the xB a chance.
