The rings are not on the car anymore, and the rims are all faded, but it did look good at one time.

I got my trim rings at www.hubcapkingdom.com.

Dare to be different! Steelies are cool. IMO deep rims look best with a Baby Moon. http://www.petepaulsen.com/ I would contact Paulsen Motorsports in French Camp, Cali and see what rims they could adapt or if they could reverse your steelies & crome or powder coat them.
Couple of other sites are:
http://www.ehubcaps.com/babymoon.html
http://www.petepaulsen.com/Accessories/Accessories.HTM

keep crusin'

It's good to know not to use it. It must screw up the powder coat.

Woah... did I miss something? Our stock wheels are powdercoated from the factory?

LOL

You can find Center caps at a junkyard or ebay. I just got some off an 88 Tercel that im gonna paint up and stuff. Not sure if they will fit exactly but im gonna try it. Then I'm gonna go get some lugnuts and some trim rings. I'll post some pics when they are done.

My xB had no wheel covers on it when I first saw it, and that's when I fell in love w/ it. The steelies are on for winter, but my black 18's will be back on when the inclement weather is over. Yes, black 18's because I loved the black under the BCP!

That has to be the strangest thing I have heard on this board.

I'm thinking about getting my steelies widened ... but first I must sell my 18s. (see sig)

www.stocktonwheel.com will make widened steelies as will www.diamondracingwheels.com.

why dont you guys who use steelies just admit that you are penniless and can't afford aftermarket rims. you come up with this weird excuse to convince yourself that you chose to use steelies. face the fact... you are either to cheap, too poor, or just an idiot to think that steelies look good. come on now PLEASE!!! and then there are those people out there who buy two aftermarket rims for the back and use steelies in the front. they claim this is for racing look, blah, blah, blah... for these people please refer to my above conclusions. i have nothing against steely users. just don't try to justify using them with lame excuses.

Sorry but thats garbage! I really do like that look, as i do think silver looks bad on BCP. Also, I cant really see spending $500+ on rims that someone else already has running around on their Civic xB or Focus or Neon. I can take what I got and customize to my taste and say you know I spent the time painting that. Or I spent the time making this fit here and I have the only one like it!!!! As fas as those too PENNILESS to buy Junk aftermarket crap, well they are still rolling around and getting to point A and B. Isn't that what a car is for?[/table]

Funny you should say this when you are a future scion owner and don't even have a scion.

For me its not the fact that I don't have the money. I can afford new wheels, I just haven't found a set of wheels that I really like yet. I'm only rollin on steelies until I find that right set of 18's for my box. plus I think steelies look better than having stupid hubcaps on them but thats just me.
