Also do you know about the 5% discount with the Shell Mastercard. I've been saving on Shell gas for well over a year. If the pump price is say $3.01/9 the 5 % off makes it $2.868. It is worth getting for those kind of savings!!!

The xb's timing/computer is set to run on 87 octane. Running anything else won't make a difference unless you change that through the use of a computer tuning program or a reprogramed add on chip. And and I'm not even sure the xb is capable of that.
