If you have a hard time reading it:

THANKS
For parking so close

Next time leave a f***ing can opener so I can get my car out!

A**holes like you should take the bus!

I use the same one quite often....even put it on a soccer moms car and a church van....I dont care who you are, if you cant park, dont drive.

I guess I park like a jackass. I double park ALL the time. However, I feel that I have good reason. Simply because I can't stand those individuals that ALWAYS seem to open their door open too far and ding my car. My solution was to double park (no problems for years), but I do try to park far enough away to make it so it's not a big deal when I do do it.

Nothing looks worse when you're walking up to your own car and it waves back at you because too many jerks have opened their door into the side of the car.

My mother inlaw constantly did this to my wifes car before we were married, in their garage no less! It bugged the heck outta me! I can't tell you how many times I waxed her paint off of my wifes car.

It's just a pet peeve of mine I guess.

I'm ok with a sticker rather than a door ding!

Same here. Too many retarded drivers in Louisiana.

I park way in the back usually against trees on the cement or something so only one car can park next to me. I figure usually the cars parking way back there feel the same way I do so they wont park too close.

i hate the hotel i work at... full on inconsiderate tourists who think a full size SUV/VAN rental is made for compact parking...

i park in the back across 2 spots.... does that make me a bad person??

Its perfectly fine when someone like yourself makes the concious decision to take up more than one spot in an area where parking is abundant like the back of a building for example...so no you are not a bad person.
However when someone decides that they deserve more than one spot in a busy shopping center or something similar just because they drive an escalade, thats when i reach into my glove box and reward them with a souveneer.

I was thinkin steel spikes like on a punk rocker's jacket... but someone in law enforcement advised me against it. So until self defense for cars is legal, I'll park at the end of the row.

The Chevy dealers should include these with every Tahoe sold here in TX. Parking lots are getting smaller and trucks are getting bigger. Add trying to park the behemoth while chatting on the phone and there you go...

I always park away from everyone else, so much so that I get comments from the wife or my kids along the lines of 'are we taking a taxi from here'? I made the mistake of parking in a close spot to a store one evening - I was against the curb on my left, and at least 4 empty spots to my right, and I was just running in for milk. When I came out, there was a white pick-up waaaaay to close on the right. The other 3 spots were still empty, but this azz had to park on top of me. It was dark and raining - I looked quick, and thought I had escaped injury. Next morning, I saw a nice white scar on the side from his door, that won't come off - it actually chipped the paint. I wish I had seen it when I originally looked, because I would have returned the favor - with my foot to his door.

man thats funny. they make a cheap ash sticker like that online i wish i knew the website. it was a bright yellow sticker with black letting that says "i park like an @$$Hole!"

or something like that. they made it out of low-tack vinyl so it would peel right off. just remember if they find out who puts it on the car, it is a misdemeanor offense. that is punishable. a few cases have been filed in california about the stickers.

*edit* iparklikeanidiot.com *edit* someone above posted the link. i forgot about the picture underneath the words...

I have a set of sandals with bottle openers built into the bottom of them. The opener is steel. Should I find a ding on my paint, the perp would be missing a LOT of paint.
