word, i knew that though, u shoulda fliped on that dude,,, last sumer some jacka$$es started talking trash, and it ended up them trying to throw rocks at my box as i drove away......drove away fast as heck though.........it wolda been a beat down for them if they hit it, it would have been over for them right there........... lol

Don't carry the bat unless you have a glove in the car. You can get busted for carrying a weapon. My friend did. Instead just carry a nice mag light. I have busted some heads and windshields with mine.

You're going to want to use a tripod next time you take pictures at night. It makes them come out super clean and sharp.

you really think i'd get busted for having the bat? well, I already know not to agree to a search without probable cause, but I could just say it is my little brother's (which it is) or that I got it as a gift or something. what is the penalty for a weapon?

Unfortunately that's true. Baseball bats and tire irons and
the like would be considered assault with a deadly weapon.

Mag Lights and big screw drivers are more of a grey area
and could be considered an object of opportunity rather then
a deadly weapon.
