Default TRACTION CONTROL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone have any blackbox's to get rid of the Traction control on the bB. What im looking for is basically a unit to get rid of the traction control, much like a FCD or BC. Even when i turn the traction control off, it still kicks in when the car starts to slide or feel that its "slipping". Anyone know how to disable the traction control? Is there a fuse somewhere? If anyone has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have an 05 xB and once I turn off my traction control, it's OFF! Smokey burn outs and all. are you refering to the Vehicle stability control (keeps you from fishtailing)?

It sounds more like its the VSC that is popping up on you. Do you get the beeps and a yellow light on the dash ?

In my travels thru the Box, I've noticed a Black Box under the center console right behind the shifter assembly that is the VSC Yaw Control. I'm guessing that is the detector for some part of the VSC.

HOWEVER, I AM IN NO WAY AM SUGGESTING THAT YOU TAMPER WITH THAT!

I just noticed it one day and thought it may be relevant at some point... IMO, these small cars are built with all the safety features working together. When you take one or more parts out of the equation, the sum will usually be changed...

I see it as just another driving challenge, getting as much performance as possible without hitting the limiters, whatever they might be.

OK yea, it must be the VSC i am reffering to. Thats exactly what happens, it starts to beep and the light flashes. I hate it, it always messes things up.

Any way around it?

I just realized something... I spun the tires from a dead slow roll around a corner as I tried to beat the oncoming traffic and merge with it.
I have an automatic and the traction control never beeped or nothin like it usually does. Weird.
Maybe my radio was on too loud.

only the VSC beeps... try swinging the rearend out, either on a dirt road or when it's raining really hard... I bet most people haven't heard the beeps...

No... I had a S13 for that.... I'm transfering cross-counrty so I had to sell it. Maybe I'll get a hachi-roku in VA? :D who knows... I'd like to ultimately compete a little in D1, but with how often I deploy it's not plausable for me to compete too seriously.
