from what i've heard about an act, can't remember the name, magusson-something, and from sema, your warranty just doesn't void out because of the supercharger or anything you install on your car. the dealership has to prove that the problem was caused from your aftermarket part installed. if say your air conditioning is not blowing cold they're not gonna say we won't fix it cause you got a supercharger on your car. but if you blow your engine they won't fix that cause it probably would be the supercharger's fault.
someone said it on here before about warranties, gotta search for it... it's not like they take a void stamp and stamp your warranty to ____.

That is essentially it. That's why it's good to know how to install all the stuff you do. So when something goes wrong you can uninstall it then take it in!

instead of posting search i post the search results. typically telling someone to search will not do it until they see how it works. plus, i have been here long enough to know what has been discussed before.

Magnuson Moss Act is the name of it, and basically what it states is that the person denying the claim must prove without a doubt that the alterations/aftermarket parts were the reason behind failure of whatever it is you are trying to warranty.

For example....if you install a S/C or T/C and you bring your car in for a broken seat they can't say that the excessive extra torque sheared a bolt or something crazy like that.

HTH....check this for more details: http://www.granatellimotorsports.com/magnusonmoss.htm
