I walked through my favorite supermarket(Publix)the other day and came across a mag called SIPHON, the premiere issue. SIPHON - Micro-Compact Automotive Culture, as it is called is an issue on the Fit, Yaris, xa and xb, alot of custom parts and where you can get them and some pics of already customed rides. Cool mag you all should check it out if you can find it. Now I am not sure if it will always represent our cars but this issue is refreshing.

yeah saw an ad for the mag in SCC. is the quality of writing good ? and does it have useful info ? not to bash, but i hope it's not like some of those other car magazines out there ...

I'll have to run out at lunch and grab a copy. I know its from the same people as Sport Compact Car. Siphon is supposed to focus on the micro-compact and Kei-car segments of the tuner world. I was excited about the mag when I learned of it initially. Now I can finally check it out. That xB seems kinda weak though...

I want the bb mag from japan, and no one here has siphon, called B&N and went to wal mart, as well as a few other stores(fought the ASU vs LSU traffic to look for it)

I found it in Wal-Mart yesterday. If it's in South Carolina, it should be everywhere.

Found it yesterday in a 7-11 in San Diego. Nice little mag, if just a little thin. Hopefully it will get fatter.

Wegmans (a supermarket) in Syracuse, NY have it. I only flipped through a couple of pages, before putting it back on the shelf.

Picked one up today. Its just okay, nothing to great in my opinion. I know they need to get a better editor, some of the text is wrong. On one page it says a guy has a "ken's style lip" <-- thats laughable, and the bad thing is it was a kbd red genie style lip. In another place they showed a picture of bbist's vented hood and said it was made be carbon creations (and there was a bbist sticker right on the hood!)
