I purchased the rear shims from onetonegarage.com. Great product, great sales team.

However, installing it on our xB demonstrated potential mechanical risk so we did NOT install the product.

For its intended purpose, the product works well for the average enthusiast, but for the use we intend for our RS2.0, its a different story.

I would have to say the biggest waste is my purple headlinghts. I piad for bucks for them and used them for about 2 1/2 months and then I went for HID's. Man are HID's so worth the money. I couldn't see very well with the purple headlights but I though they looked cool.

My biggest waste mod was the bumper aplique. Put it up next to my bumper, and was like "bleah!"

Got the JDM chrome one instead. At least I made $0.75 from it by reselling on eBay!

Ok well i don't like to say waste of mod but... I got some 150$ fog lights(not the xb fog lights) with remote turn on and then i put a body kit on that they don't look right on.
Another waste is a tv that i put in then replaced a month later with a larger one.

Man, they're not mods, but two things I wasted money on for the box:

1. lighter powered interior light. The lights on my overhead monitor did nothing to illuminate the front passenger section, so I spent 10 bucks for this light with the gooseneck..................................not bright at all, can't even read a map with it.

2. visor clip on air freshener. All it did was provide a disgusting chemical (supposedly strawberry) odor to the entire car. Gross

Default biggest waste

I bought a pack of push on push off lights at home depot. I bought because the intereior needed more lights. The lights I bought were to dim and not bright enough. I cant even return it becasue one of the pieces broke. That is waste of i believe it was around ten dollars. Pack of 4. Had to buy the batteries seperatly too.

I'll concur with the cargo cover. We got it as part of the package with the net and bumper protector. cargo net is good, but cover is awful

I like the mod but i paid 49 dollars and something for nissan factory bumper light plugs for a 97 altima from nissan and then another 27 dollars for the clear altima bumper lights off of ebay and 4 dollars and 44 cents plus tax for the hyper white 194 light bulbs, all just to have clear rear bumper lights, thats a grand total of over 80 bucks just for clear bumper lights... great mod though... helps appearance... but biggest waste of money

Ventshades. I bought it for $75 bucks (Think it was a ripoff). I followed the instructions and even used the alcohol pads to clean the wearther strip before applying the ventshades on. Well, 3 months later, the front passenger ventshade started to come off. I heated up the glue, and put it back on. It lasted for a while but dang it fell off again while I was drivin and the car behind me ran over it. That one piece never fit right in the first place. It look so retarted with one vent missing so i rip off the other three.

I read a couple about bad air freshners... what i do is buy a 20 pack of those fabric freshener/softeners napkin-looking things and use one a month... I dont like the smell to be overwhelming, so I just put it in the trunk, and since all our cars' trunks are linked to the interior, it works awesome, costs 2-3 bucks at the store, and you get a pack of 20... one box will last over a year!

I agree with the cargo net being useless... but isnt the 'cargo net' mainly only for holding your stock wheel when you get a flat and put on your mini spare tire? I thought I read some instructions that came with the net. Either way, it is still useless.

The net for holding a full size wheel is a different thing. There is an elastic cargo net that stretches from side to side in the back, and is moderately useful for holding items and keep them from moving around. It's sort of like a wide, shallow, elastic string bag.

For us, the net is good, the cover is just OK. A really good one would be a window shade style.

I see. I did not know there was a separate cargo net. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.

WADE ventvisors. They don't flow and started deforming the window gasket.
