Default what's a fair price for my 2006 xB?

Hi!

So I decided to sell my year old xB, but noticed that the prices for these things are all over the place. Dealers are listing used ones for 16-17k and I'm seeing a few private party sales for 12-13k. Keep in mind that this was a car that was 15250 new, a year ago. That said, I have an offer for 13500 for it (after it's been on sale for about a month), but am not sure if it's a fair price considering the mileage, options, etc.

It's never been smoked in or involved in accidents.

Here are the specs:

Shadow Mica
16500 miles
Automatic
Scion Floormats

Cruise control
Aftermarket Armrest with Storage and cupholder (not the scion one)
TYC Taillights
Silvervision headlight Bulbs

Thanks for your input!

Bought mine a few months ago: 2006.5, auto, 6500miles. after market paint job that could be nicer (it's just OK) and few scuffs in the interior. $13,600. Hope this helps!

oh yeah, it has floormats, IPOD connector thing (stock? i forget) but other than that it is stock.

Good Luck!

You might try plugging into edmunds.com and /or kbb.com (kelly blue book). Good luck.

around 13k to 14k is the selling price for xb's, even if they are used. SINCE THEY DON'T MAKE THEM ANYMORE. awesome! instant classics!

That's a fair price but like already stated... They aren't making them anymore so who knows where the real market/prices will go. I'm keeping mine forever so it doesn't matter to me but it should get interesting some time soon.
Basically the offer you got is fair and I would prolly take it cause it's more than a dealer will offer on a trade in.
Good luck to whatever you move on to and we will miss ya. Peace!!!

13500 sounds like a high offer, I'd definately take it.

I got my 05 TCM with 49,000 miles on it for 8,500 back in April

EDIT: Also, it had no accidents, but did have a new windshield installed
