haha i was even looking at the element as a possible buy when i was car shopping but the back windows absolutely killed it for me. I love the fact that my back windows roll all the way down and i have two labrador retrievers and i just know if i had an element they'd be all up in the front seats trying to squeeze their noses out the front windows by any means necessary

Heard some punks in another local club calling mine an Element just last night. Calling it a 'knock-off of the Element' at that. Anyway...Losers.

As for the clown car comment, it does sorta look that way when five people climb out of it lol. I think it shocks most people that you can fit 5 in it.

Mine takes crap a lot anyway because her theme is Transformers. The worst insult I've heard about that yet is either "Transformers suck" *oooo....clever* or "Is that a Voltron car?"

The dumbest comment I heard from someone was, "Who would spend all that money to chop an astro van?" This was at a car show and he was dead serious. I had to step in and introduce him to Scion. Expression .... Priceless

I do drive a white one and I get the "Ice Cream Truck" too...but I get it from my girlfriend!

I think she currently has a love/hate relationship with it but it's growing on her.

I have a contest every month with our car club, and one month was to make a rhyme on scions. Mine was based on an insult.

I was gassing up the xb,
when this guy laughed at me.
He said "your car looks like a bus",
but when his wife smiled at me, it made HIM cuss.
And when I told him I paid,
less then half of the price of his Escalade,
He slammed his door and peeled away,
but little did he know, his wife stayed to play!

Since I have an rs2.0 the insults are constant, but I do get my fair share of good comments also. Anyone could fix up a mustang or corvette, but if one can do this to a box while on a budget, than you really have something to be proud of !! Do what makes you happy!
