Plug is sitting in storage in Phoenix, not enough funds to ship it out here and finish the project yet.

It's honestly a pain doing things the way I was...Floral foam didn't come in big bars, it came in 1 inch thick sheets that I stacked and glued together, then cut and shaped as needed.

He would have been much better off using the Pink Board foam insulation. You can get the stuff at any home store (Lowes, home depot etc). you can get it in up to 2 inch thick and you can glue bond it together with another sheet to make up to 4 inches. it has a much tighter cell structure than Floral foam and is much less asborbant at the least (more of a plastic type of foam than floral). it will cut easily with woodworkers tools or a hot wire and it's flat. from the look of the pics they forming he did does not look so good with the floral foam, the tighter cell structure of the pink insulation would be able to hold much sharper lines...

Sorry to hear about the project! We only have one other grill to choose from and it's over 1000.00 dollars. I Hope to see more from you in the future. I'll go get it out of storage for ya! Where at in Phoenix? lol

Well the problem is, we lost the code to get into the unit and the front office won't give it to us until either myself or my wife actually fly out there and get the information from them personally. This is actually the last picture I had from the project.

I'll keep that in mind...This was my second ever fabrication project, so I'm not really surprised it was kind of a failure, the first one was worse lol.
