Do the Rumion ones use double face tape and if so, does it go on the black vinyl???

-Yes. Plus there are 2 clips per visor should the tape fail later on down the road, the clips will hold onto the visor to keep it from flying off, so you can re-tape it later.. 3M automotive sticky tape is available at most automotive parts store chains... jh.. ps.. they stick right onto the vinyl, (unless you want to peel off your vinyl first), then they'll go right onto the paint cause the vinyl aint there any more.. There are a few threads on here how to peel you window vinyl.. Some like the look.. cause there you color paint underneath the vinyl.. good luck... jh

Well I sent CheapChip a butt load of pictures, & she promised to do a DIY as she 'found a new way'

but I dont see her "DIY" yet. hhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmm mabey some day, she'll post it ^ we'll have to make it a 'sticky' for those who ASLO need some direction..
