question bout LED tail lights
So i saw a brand new black XB with the TYC tail lights. Looked HOT as ____. Are there other options besides the TYC and the Anzos?? Anyone know the price differences.
Also, is there any more or less mantinence when using Leds. when they burn out, do you have buy special bulbs to replace?? Do they burn out at all??

Currently don't know of any other LED tail light options, and Anzo hasn't released theirs to the public yet.

LED's reportedly have a 100,000 hour lifetime.
That would mean they could be on continuously for more than 11 years.
If this is true, they would never burn out in a tail light application.

Yeah the Anzo's are the only other LED tails so far, and like Cionide said, they're not out yet. I plan on getting those when they do come out. I don't think the circle part of the TYC's look right on the xB. Plus with the rectangular reflectors look weird with the circles. I also don't like the fact that the signal part of the TYC's is not LED (I could be wrong though), the only LED part is the brake light.
As for maintenance, like Cionide stated, they will most likely last as long as you have them. I guess maybe if they weren't sealed well moisture could get in and fry the curcuits or something. Otherwise, I've never heard of LED's "burning out".
