Default Suicide Door kits for xB2?

Am I just an idiot and can't find these on here or the rest of the internet?

If you have one, how much did it cost and how much work was it?

You're not an idiot but it's hard enough to find body/lipkits,exhaust,etc.... Suicide door kits or (for the love of GOD stop them) lambo door kits ,.. no offense DJ FroZone,.. are pretty much non existent in a kit form as far as I know but then again you're the first I've seen ask for it. Are you looking to do the back doors or front and back ? Either way I think you're looking at some serious custom work.

As far as suicide, it's 100% custom. Period. I did a suicide door kit from GT Factory on a 2003 Denali. I thought the kit was complete crap. Not a very customer serivce oriented company, either.

Just my experience, though.

I'm sure it can be done, but it's rather difficult. To get the door solid on a suicide application, you have to space the hinges as far apart as possible. Last thing you want is floppy doors!!

I was just going to do the back ones suicide, I think it'd look pretty cool, guess I'll just have to be patient and wait.

Patient and wait for what? Here's a kit: http://www.suicidedoors.com/SuicideD...teHingeKit.php

It's all fabrication. As far as I know, there's not going to be anything that will simply bolt on.

And here's a how-to for ya, too!! http://www.suicidedoors.com/how_to/2000-daily.php

Autoloc has a hinge kit aswell. They are 100% custom and need to be done by someone experienced with installing them and boxing them in, otherwise they will eventually sag, similar to lambo doors. Keep an eye out here to possibly see a set in the next couple months ;)

I DONT THINK IT WOULD WORK CONSIDERING THE DOOR DOES NOT HINGE 90 DEGREES...NOW JUST WAIT A COUPLE MORE MONTHS AND A COMPANY WILL HAVE A PROTOTYPE OUT AT SOME CAR SHOW IN CALI. AS FOR NOW, THERE IS A VERTICAL DORR KIT OUT BY LAMBO DOORS. MAYBE WE SHOULD BUILD OFF OF THAT FOR THE REAR DOORS. SOMEONE WILL DO IT WNA SUCCEED.

There is a reason why the first gens didn't work that well. It is a good search, but there is someone on SL that did the work himself. There just isn't enough space to put a heavy enough bracket for our doors. If the doors were squarish on the back it would be possible, but the only spot on the frame where you could mount a bracket is not that big of an area.
