today after we finished putting the springs on, I decided it was a good time to start taking the vinyl off the a pillars and around the door frame around windows, it looks alot better.

the light is is just right to where i thought this was a RS6 lol look good tho. i would take my tape off the door but i have the carbon fiber overlay so thats a no go lol

 

Mayb an hour with 3 people working on it to get all tape off

 

Lucky I tried to get my wife to help me and she gave up after 5 minutes. And that was on a hott day. Only have my front doors and front pillar done. Looks better without it.

I did one side in 10 min lol it is so easy just make a really light score with a razor blade on the edge where it wrapps around and where it goes into factory rubber and then it will peel right back and seperate at the seams. just go slow and even. Btw it is 70 outside here!

 

That looks really good! Im glad I did mine... so far haven't seen one with the tape removed that didn't look good imo

 

i have an 08 silver and i was thinking about leaving the tape on and then adding a black wrap to the top that integrated with it and made it look like one whole piece, any ideas?
