Updated: Mudflaps finally delivered!...and now installed!!
UPDATE: Installed! See my reply below!!
I ordered these from newscionparts.com a while ago, and they have finally come in. I probably won't be able to install them for several days.
There are some...problems. The parts look great, but the instructions are in Kanji. I normally wouldn't care, but you apparently need to drill holes in the car to install these things, and how to drill is not something I want to figure out from some basic pictographs. Here are some pics!
So....anyone able to translate for me?

WOW..LOL. good luck with all that, bigfieroman!!!! all I can say is WOW......... Looks like the front are gonna be a piece of cake..
The rears...... I am gonna GUESS......... there is 3 different pages of showing the rear end set up.. & they all are just a bit different from the others..
Probally for the 3 different models of Rumion in Jay pan....
These instructions lok to be generic for all 3 models... I think you'll have no problems with the rears..
Just set them up in place, & you'll see what needs to be drilled on our USA model..
Poke the holes with an ice pick type tool ( even shows this in the instructions).. & drill away!! & as the pictures show.. mark your drill bit for a shallow hole.
Dont go in tooo deep.. & use thise screw receivers where needed..
Good luck & NICE PICTURES!!!. take more pictures when you do your install & then we'll make it a DIY Sticky for this mod! T
hanks for posting!! keep us up-dated.... jh

Can't wait to see those installed. I had no idea that they came painted already. It makes $190 seem a little more reasonable.
Even though it seems pretty straighforward, please post some install pics if you can.

I have a friend who can speak Japanese pretty well. Hopefully he can read it too. if you send me a scan of the instructions maybe I can get a rough translation for you.
I can;'t promise anything, but I can give it a shot...
