-Anyone have an idea when these OEM mudguards will be available thru normal channels of Toyota/Scion USA? -(with ENGLISH installation instructions)?

its a mudflap its not motor building should be pretty straight forward....

Dude, the point of my question was NOT the foreign-language instructions.
Stated in a simpler language, my question is this: Does anyone know when the mud flaps might be available at my local Scion parts counter? Almost $200 for the special-order Rumion flaps from Japan is a WHALE of a lot of money. I expect them to be a more reasonable price when Toyota starts to market them through their Scion dealer network.

who knows............ got to pay to play hope toyota does come out with them. does any one know if they come painted or is that something you must do?

how well do these work? Just a little bit of a wet road makes the whole side of the car dirty, and its annoying...probably will only get worse with wider wheels

Very well. I have the stock wheels with stock-size snow tires on the car now, and there is no spray on the car at all.

those mud flaps look great but the price is a little steep.
