Hey so do you know where I can get those thingies that goes over the window? For me it is practical...I want to be able to leave a glitch on my window while out in the water without the car being filled with sand :-)

PS. The in-channels do use a couple small pieces of tape inside the rear channels to prevent the rear visors from traveling down when the window is lowered. But, indeed, no tape is applied to the car exterior.

I've a pair of tape attached vent visors on my Eclipse (got them the same time as the in-channels for the xB2 -- my first visors ), but that's tape onto the car finish, not tape onto tape!

update: I tried ordering the window visors from weather tech, but they wanted a whopping $90 in shipping...I live in Hawaii...I'll see if I can get it somewhere else. I prefer not gluing something on my car...tape and hot sun is usually not a good combo... :-)

The ones that tape to the outside of the door frame also do not cause excess wear and binding on the window regulator and motor due to increased resistance in the window track.

Dude that is funny as hell. You get all bent over by someone worrying about heat. I'll check them out, but no need for the raised stress level. It's all good.
