2008 Scion xB..No Crank, No Start..
I have a 2008 Scion xB, I replaced the water pump, but in the process I forgot to disconnect my battery and I was disconnecting the alternator it arced on me, made nothing of it and went on with my repair, once I was all done and had put everything back together,
car would not start nor crank. I have checked all the fuses, replaced all the relays but still will not work, all the lights in the dashboard light up except the Battery one. I have bought a new alternator to replace the old one, but honestly I do not think that is the problem.
Can anybody give me some advice on what it could be and what I should do, I will really appreciate!

I have changed all fuses and relays under the hood fusible box and still nothing.
What I did find is that I have no voltage to some fuses on this box (attaching photo)
I have people telling me it’s the ignition switch others saying it’s the ECU, I don’t know what to do anymore.
Any help will be deeply appreciated, it’s my means of work and I haven’t been able to.

fusible link, it's that big white thing in lower-left of fusebox picture.
Basically giant 120amp fuse.
Don't replace perfectly-working parts with brand-new perfectly-working parts. Nothing will change and symptoms will persist. TEST parts and come up with NUMBERS and compare those numbers to standards in manual to determine if a part is good or bad. If numbers don't match, then YES, it's bad and replacing it will fix your problem.
Here's how to test fuses. Will save you tonnes of money and time to test parts to find exact part that's bad rather than shotgunning random new parts at car. This is no more than 5-minute fix with testing.
