How about just using traditional flanges that most people can find?

I think he meant a particular flange that will mate to the stock header/cat.
The CX Racing exhaust has been out for a while.

Why not just get them water jetted yourself instead of dealing with a supplier?
Hell, even a CNC plasma cutter would suffice. Just needs more clean up.

What about offering the "scuba tank" replacement and mid-pipe as a combo? That would eliminate the problematic spring-bolt connection between them. You could install a short section of flex pipe instead (if it's even necessary). IIRC the remaining connections would be standard 2-bolt flanges with gaskets.

IMO replacing the "scuba tank" section without replacing the little 1.8" ID mid-pipe would be somewhat pointless anyway.
