Quick question. I help the elderly with computers. What do you call it when you click the down arrow button on the screen to move a webpage upwards to read whats below the edge of the monitor? Are you scrolling down or up? I want to thin you scroll down, however my students says you are moving the page up or scrolling up.

I work with the elderly also, in the financial services industry. We focus on explaining the concepts in the simplest terms, not the abbreviated descriptions. It doesn't matter what it's called, if the concept is lost.

To answer your question: I scroll down to see what's further down toward the bottom of the page; and I scroll up to see what is higher up toward the top of the page... kinda like upshifting & downshifting. :D
