After the S-pipe there is a HUGE Scuba looking peace (Cat/ Res), guess its called a mid pipe section of the exhaust.

Funny, you must have misunderstood me. I never said or implied that you were selling the same designed in the USA/manufactured in China exhaust as CX Racing. I only stated the obvious, that your exhaust looks exactly like theirs. Which is not a bad thing at all. CXR has a lot of "almost there" products that would be "there" with a bit more R&D and better quality materials and workmanship.

I actually installed a CXR 3" full exhaust on my box and the fitment was close, but not close enough. The sound was great but way too loud. I'm currently running a custom 3"/2.5" exhaust from Mandrel Bending Solutions in MD and it's "just right".

BTW, where is your 304 pipe manufactured?

Well, in Robs defence there is only so many ways you can bend a pipe to make it fit under our XB2's

Hmmmm Turbo with frount mount + built tranny = i need a second job, lol

Rob, I assume your S-pipe fits in the stock location and is that a 2.5" or 3"?

I didn't mean to be critical, just making an observation. If I didn't already have a custom exhaust, I'd probably buy this. It seems like Descendant is always releasing something I want or need right after I got it elsewhere. If I didn't already have a turbo setup and full exhaust, I'd be rockin' a World Racing V2 kit and 3" exhaust fo' sho.

So...if I was to buy the complete kit with exhaust, drove out to your shop in LA (I'm in Utah), would you give me any special deals like free install like Eric in PA does? What's the normal install/tune time?

Same question ,, only would be coming from Washington State.. 1,300 miles BUT WOULD REALLY WANT THE PRO'S TO INSTALL & TUNE.. Also the drive home would make an AWESOME testimony for the product...

Along with everyone else, I've been lusting after one of these. (Especially after I read the last issue of "Modified"!) But what continues to perplex me is that these kits are useless to 2/3rds of the American population - they won't pass emissions. Why does no one address this issue?

Thanks, Marc
