This is my first post.

I have a 2012 Scion xB that I bought in 2016 used and I'm having major Bluetooth issues. The car is all stock. I started having this issue when I got a new phone the Moto X4 last year. Previous I had an iPhone 6s plus.I currently use a OnePlus 6T. So my issue is whenever I make/receive calls.
The sound gets all cracked up and static. But whenever I play music,it's fine. So I recently bought a Pioneer PT546-00140 AXCP-Q14U T10015 XCF50. It seem to work fine for about a week after installation and I notice the same issue happening. I've looked for help on the Facebook Scion group
and Reddit with no luck.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It seems unlikely the root cause is related to your vehicle, as the issue started happening when you changed phones and did not improve when you changed head units.

Have you tried using an Apple device to see if the issue is resolved? Conversely, have you tried using the phone with which you experience the issue on another Bluetooth device to see if the problem persists?
